However, by using our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to:

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to use and publish your content.

When you connect your social media accounts, you are also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.

DM Dost is not responsible for:

• Account suspensions
• Content removals
• API or policy changes by third-party platforms

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with each platform’s guidelines.

You may not use DM Dost to:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
• Impersonate individuals or entities
• Distribute malicious software or harmful code
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Collect or misuse user data
• Overload, damage, or disrupt the system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

Reasons may include:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspected illegal or fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity
• Any activity deemed harmful to the platform

You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DM Dost and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed:

• The amount you paid in the last 12 months, or
• $100 (whichever is higher)

DM Dost is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted service
• Error-free performance
• Complete security

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may revise these Terms at any time.

Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and delete your account.
