This page explains how users can request the permanent deletion of their DM Dost account and associated data.

If you no longer wish to use DM Dost and want your information removed from our systems, you may submit a deletion request as described below.

Once your request is verified:

• We aim to process deletion requests within 7 working days
• Certain information may be retained temporarily if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes

Upon successful processing of your request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account information
• Profile and account preferences
• Connected social media integrations
• Automation and scheduling settings
• Stored content and generated data
• Associated platform activity records where applicable

Data deletion is permanent and generally cannot be reversed once completed.

After deletion:

• Your account access will be removed
• Recovering deleted content or settings may not be possible
